Check out this poster with our new and still preliminary findings on the interaction of rain with seawater and consequences form methylmercury cycling! Experiments have been done by Mackenzie Blanusa who is an undergraduate student at UConn. I am presenting this work at the 2019 Chemical Oceanography Gordon Research Conference in Holderness, New Hampshire, USA (July 14-19, 2019). The theme of this conference is “Discovering Chemical Processes and Mechanisms in a Changing Ocean” so our work fits right in!
